LEAGUES
Goats Basketball Leagues were founded in the Fall of 1997 for basketball players by basketball players. The leagues are designed to offer games and instruction during the non-traditional as well as traditional seasons of basketball. Leagues are offered year round and players have the opportunity to participate in up to 100 extra games per year.
Preseason Basketball Rec Leagues
Shooting Lab in Ridgewood 722 E Ridgewood Ave
Learn the concepts of playing in a game. Coaches will be on the court teaching while they play. Learn how to play man 2 man defense, move without the ball, and all the basic rules of the game taught by our Ridgewood Travel Basketball and Silverback coaches. All these skills will help transition to a travel level team.
